By using "cheap" and intentionally low-budget advertising tactics, we communicated that it was investing its resources in providing a better interest rate for its customers, directly addressing their desire for better financial solutions.

Through the tongue-in-cheek and "unbanky" approach, Ubank massively increased its customer acquisition, reach, and engagement, especially to young Australians. The campaign was also recognised for its effectiveness by TikTok Ad Awards for Best Performance Campaign.
